Every customer conversation in one inbox.
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, live chat and SMS, converging into a single agent inbox — deployed and branded as yours, on infrastructure you control.
Five apps, five tabs, and a customer waiting in all of them.
Support does not fail because your team is slow. It fails because the conversation is scattered across places that do not talk to each other.
The message nobody saw
A direct message on Instagram at 9pm, sitting unread until Tuesday because the person who checks that account was off. The customer does not know that. They just know nobody answered.
No history, so no context
The same customer emailed last week and messaged on WhatsApp yesterday. The agent replying today can see neither, so the customer explains it a third time.
Your conversations, someone else's tenant
Every message your customers send lives in a platform you do not control, under terms you did not write, in a region you did not pick.
Four steps. Then every channel lands in one place.
Chatwoot is a mature open-source customer-engagement platform. We deploy it, brand it, connect it to your systems, and keep it running.
We deploy it
On your own infrastructure if you want the data to stay there, or on ours if you would rather not run it. Either way it is a dedicated instance, not a shared account.
Connect your channels
WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, email, live chat on your site, and SMS. Each one becomes a source that feeds the same inbox.
Brand it as yours
Your logo, your domain, your colours. Your team signs in to something that looks like your company, and so does the chat widget your customers see.
Add an AI agent, if you want one
Wired into your actual systems so it can answer from real data rather than guess. This is the same work we do everywhere else — AI that resolves, not one that deflects.
What your team actually gets.
One inbox, full history
Every channel in one queue, and one thread per customer no matter which app they arrived through.
Assignment and teams
Route by channel, team, or availability. Private notes let agents hand over without the customer seeing.
Canned responses
Saved replies for the questions you answer twenty times a day, so agents stop retyping them.
Arabic and English
Both directions, properly. Your agents work in whichever they prefer and the interface follows.
Data where you choose
Self-hosted means conversations sit on hardware you control, which is often the requirement that decides the whole question.
Reporting and CSAT
Response times, resolution times, and satisfaction ratings per agent and per channel.
EGP 999 per seat, per month.
One price per agent seat, including up to 1,000 conversations a month. No voice channel and no automation rules in this plan — those are not included.
- Up to 1,000 conversations per month
- WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, live chat and SMS
- Branded to your identity and your domain
- One inbox, full history, canned responses, teams and private notes
- Arabic and English, agent side and customer side
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one thread with one customer — not one message. If a customer sends you six messages and your agent replies four times, that is still a single conversation. A new one is only counted when that customer comes back after the thread has been resolved and closed.
Do the channels themselves cost extra?
Some do, and the charge comes from the channel owner rather than from us. We would rather you know this before you sign than after your first invoice.
Free — no per-message charge
Live chat on your own site, Instagram and Facebook messaging through Meta's APIs, and email beyond whatever your mail provider already costs you.
WhatsApp — charged by Meta
Meta bills per delivered message on the WhatsApp Business API, priced by message category and by the country your customer is in. Replies inside the 24-hour support window are free today — but from 1 October 2026 Meta begins charging for service and utility messages inside that window too. That cost is billed to your Meta account, not by us.
SMS — charged by your carrier
Billed per message by whichever SMS provider you connect. If SMS is not a channel you need, leave it off and it costs nothing.
Chatwoot itself is open-source software. What you pay us for is the deployment, the channel integration, the branding, and someone answering when it breaks.
Asked before. Answered honestly.
So this is just Chatwoot?
Yes, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Chatwoot is a good open-source platform. What we add is getting it deployed properly, connected to your channels and your other systems, branded as yours, and supported by people who will pick up the phone.
Where does our data live?
Wherever you decide. If you need conversations to stay on your own servers, that is the deployment we do.
Will it handle Arabic properly?
Yes, in both the agent interface and the customer-facing widget.
Can the AI agent really resolve tickets?
It can resolve the ones it has the data to resolve, which is why we wire it into your systems rather than handing it a FAQ page. Anything it cannot answer goes to a human with the full thread attached, rather than a dead end.
