So my workers really don't need Odoo licenses?

Really. Workers live in the Maydan app; the platform writes into Odoo on their behalf through licensed system accounts. Your managers and HR team keep their normal Odoo seats — your field workforce never needs one. That's the entire point of Maydan.

What happens on sites with no internet?

Everything keeps working. Clock-ins are stored securely on the phone and sync automatically the moment a connection appears — whether that's in five minutes or at the end of the shift. No punch is ever lost.

Will 2,000 workers clocking in at once hurt our Odoo?

No. The morning rush is absorbed entirely in Maydan's cloud and trickled into Odoo at a pace your server is comfortable with. Protecting your ERP is one of our two unbreakable engineering rules — the other is never losing a record.

How do we know the app and Odoo agree?

Maydan continuously reconciles both sides and flags any difference before it becomes a payroll dispute. Odoo remains your single source of truth — we just make sure it's fed accurately.
